Fisk Kart Katz and Regan, Ltd. is one of the founders and the Illinois member of American Property Tax Counsel (APTC), The National Affiliation of Property Tax Attorneys.    This affiliation of independent law firms provides a platform from which FKK&R can offer its clients professional, experienced, local representation in every state and throughout Canada.  Member benefits include:

APTC member law firms are local.  Thus, they are knowledgeable about and experienced in local laws, procedures, policies and legal precedents.  Since property tax laws differ significantly from state to state, the local nature of the organization has benefited clients.
