James J. Gudin is Real Estate Tax Administrator at Fisk Kart Katz and Regan. Mr. Gudin was previously manager of real estate tax services for the Richard E. Jacobs Group. His duties included all facets of real estate tax responsibilities for a diverse portfolio of properties including 38 regional shopping centers with more than 10 million square feet, office buildings with more than 3.2 million square feet, as well as hotels and the Cleveland Indians. Mr. Gudin received his B.S. from Cleveland State University. He is a member of the Institute of Property Taxation (IPT), International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS). |
