George J. Relias has extensive experience in corporate real estate matters involving large fortune 500 firms. His experience ranges from managing tax appeal work for national clients to managing and administering multi-site portfolios.

Prior to his employment with Fisk Kart Katz and Regan, Mr. Relias served as Vice President for NAI Hiffman Asset Management. He managed the property accounting and reporting for a 2.5 million square foot portfolio that included such Chicago landmarks as the Wrigley, Inland Steel and Marquette buildings.

Mr. Relias previously had been the Midwest Director of Portfolio Management and Lease Administration for CB Richard Ellis. His responsibilities included administering the worldwide lease portfolio for American Express. Furthermore, he was responsible for developing and implementing service delivery solutions and performance measures for corporate clients. He worked with clients such as Ford Motors and Continental Airlines.

Mr. Relias has been very active in applying technology to the real estate field. He helped develop a management tool to help corporations track, plan and monitor their real estate obligations including real property tax assessment and critical appeal information. This technology tool was implemented and used by SBC/Ameritech, Daimler Chrysler and United Healthcare among others.

Mr. Relias is a licensed Real Estate Broker as well as a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and American Bar Association. He received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and a Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.
